The Processing Plant is one of the most strategic assets of Global Satria. It is US FDA HACCP Certified, possesses EU quality accreditation and has a Halal Certification for export to Islamic countries especially in the Middle East. We are in the process of expanding our Processing Plant to keep up with our rapid expansion and growth in production quantities.
We observe strict hygienic standards and will have complete traceability records set up in the very near future to ensure Food Safety. Very soon, for every batch of product sold, we will be able to trace which pond it was farmed in, the exact location of the farm, the entire history of water quality and bacteriology over its growth cycle, the hatchery the fry were reared in, the area where the broodstock were caught, the type of feed fed throughout its growth cycle and even the origin of each of the major components of the feed.
The Sabah Fisheries Department has installed the most modern LC-MS-MS equipment for antibiotic residue detection and our products will be sent here for testing. As already mentioned, our pond effluents have lower nitrate and phosphate concentrations than in WHO Drinking Water standards. So when you buy from Global Satria, you buy QUALITY.
